Vintage 1980's but really classic cut and style. Lined. Vintage size 12- please confirm measurements. Adorned with fun purple waterfall ruffle and 2 beaded hibiscus flowers at hip.
Flaws- a couple of 'crushed' sections of velvet at mid-back. This might be able to be steamed out.
