Rare! Hard to Find! You can’t find these anywhere! These shoes were sold at Target during the late 90s- early 2000s. We purchased them to use in a store display at our women’s boutique. Once the display was done they sat on a shelf in our stock room for atleast a decade. Xhilaration was dropped from target and rebranded in the late 2000s and Target no longer makes shoes like these. I’ve looked but couldn’t find another pair like this in stores or online since.
